Windows 2000 tv with voodoo video card??

Can anyone help with this? i have a voodoo 3 video card with a TV Tuner on. I wish to use this function. When i run the software to do this im told i need to have Microsoft WebTV for windows installed, and goes through the process of telling me how to add this via the control panel. Only one problem though, when i do this there’s no webTV component to add in the list (im using windows 2000 pro edition). Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
