Just FYI:Banging my head against the wall for about 30 minutes trying to test a new FTP site from Windows 7 using IE8, or Windows Explorer, I finally did some Googling. Seems like there is a known issue with Windows 7 and the built-in FTP… doesn’t work. Personally, I found that on XP or XP64 using IE7 or IE8 the FTP worked fine, but when trying the same site in Windows 7 using IE8, I could not see any contaent that was already there, and trying to move content to the site didn’t work, “The handle is invlaid” and “Make sure you have permission to acess this folder” in the error message.
