Windows 95 running on a P4 1.6 Mhz

Does anyone know if there are any known issues trying to load Windows 95B on a new P4 1.6Mhz PC
Get message:
“While initializing device IOS:
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer”
Same message comes up on reboot
