Windows 98 & DDEML

I have a client running a win98A version system. He updated through the Internet from Win98.
After the updates he gets a message both at startup and shutdown about “ddeml.dll”.
I know that there is a MS asrticle (183479) dealing with this issue.
What is Win98 A version? is it same as Win98 SE?
Where could I get an updated version of file ddeml.dll?
