Windows Books written in Ukraine

I have a new PC user who is having trouble understanding the terms and instructions for Windows. From our last training session, we determined that a large part of the problem is that he has trouble grasping new ideas when presented in english.

His native language is Ukraine, and he is fluent in Russian.

Does anyone know of a US source for books on Windows and Office written in Ukraine or Russian?

Or, Windows support sites published in WUkraine or Russian?

His system has Windows 98and Office 97 installed.
