Windows explorer freezes when I try to do something like right click or File->New. I have tried repairing windows using sfc /scannow and the repair console. the computer has all the windows, video, CD updates there are. The only thing in the event viewer when it happens is “The IMAPI CD-Burning COM service was successfully sent a start control”, “The IMAPI CD-burning COM has entered the running state” and “The IMAPI CD-burning COM service has enterd the stopped state”
