I have been through Google, MS tech net, Dell support and any other web site I can think of.
This seems to be a problem across most if not all of them, you install a program and after install it looks for the Dell resource CD to compleat the install. After clicking cancel a few time the programs works fine.
How do you fix this error, I used the resouce cd, it did not work. I down loaded MS newest installer, that did not work.
I up dated the computer to all the newest updates and cleaned the computer.
And still can not use program.
