Laptop keep booting into BIOS after restart

Hey guys, I have this wierd issue with my laptop. Everytime I restart it it boots into BIOS, but the wierd thing is it does not recognize my SSD at all. When I shut it down and boot it again, it boots into Windows just fine. Is anyone familiar with this issue?

1. It’s a product defect. I take it always did this (you didn’t tell much about make, model, age.) Backup your stuff and arrange for return.

2. The owner has been tinkering in the BIOS. With thousands of models and different BIOS out there, all I can write is to go back to stock.

3. Be sure no USB devices are plugged in for a test run.

Then don’t choose Restart from the shutdown-menu, but choose Shutdown. It takes a few seconds longer to be up and running again, but as a work-around it’s good enough.

Check boot priority

Check the boot priority in the bios to make sure your SSD is on the top. If problem persists, contact manufacturer.
