Windows ME OE ERROR

One of my remote users is getting an error message on her home PC after installing Citrix 32 bit client. She is using Windows ME and after rebooting her machine it comes up to a blue screen with the following error:
VMM(12)+00004C3C ERROR: OE: 0028: C0283C3C

I talked her through getting into safe mode and uninstalling Citrix but it still blue screens with the same error everytime she boots up. Help!
