according to the microsoft knowledge base (support.microsoft.com) these errors are caused by: damaged internet explorer, damanged dial up networking, damaged drivers or damaged system files. Since it began with Citrix, I am guessing to sniff around in the Dial up Networking in Network Properties. Delete all of the Dial up networking stuff and reinstall it. (Find it in Add/Remove programs/Windows Components). or, the first microsoft says to try is repair internet explorer (Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Internet Explorer/pick Repair option). (easy to do) then they have you uninstall TCPIP (write down all the setting first) and Dial up networking and reinstall them. Then they have you check for bad drivers. then they have you do a clean install of ME into a new folder...
try the IE repair and the TCPIP/Dial up networking uninstall and reinstall. Have your ME install disk on hand in case it asks for it during the TCPIP/DUN part. make sure Device Manager looks normal. (think 'modem' and 'internet' and 'communications'.) hope this helps
