Using a new Dell machine pre-loaded with Windows ME.
After going to start-programs, right-click is disabled.
I can go to the “taskbar and start menu…” option under “settings” in the start menu and choose “display shortcut menu on right click” under the advanced tab, reboot, and it won’t work. I’ve unchecked it – rebooted – checked it – rebooted… changing it doesn’t actually work.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
