Hi,
we are using Windows MUI for Japanese.
Some files cannot be opened until they are renamed.
Error message says: The document name or path is not valid…
It shows the path to the file and I can see the filename garbled ???.doc (also other extensions are a problem).
Without that MUI we can open it fine. Even if the filename contains lots of double byte characters.
Why should I be able to open double byte named files without japanese MUI but no longer be able to do that with installed MUI?
