Windows .NET Server Admin Tools

We are running Windows XP prof. SP1 on all clients. The support team have also installed the latest Windows .NET Server 2003 Administration Tools for administrating Activ directory. We have all installed this tools from the same installation CD, an we are all running the same Windows XP SP1 image. When stating the Activ Directory User and computers Administration tool, and choose the PROPERTIES option for the current user, some of us do not have the DIAL-IN tap available, an we are not able toconfigure this option for the current user.
How can we activate the DIAL-IN tab the Administration tool ?
