Windows NT 4.0 does not see my CD-Rom

I upgraded my motherboard to a new Gigabyte
GA-60XM7 and now Windows NT cannot see my CD-Rom drive. It was working fine with the old motherboard.

During bootup the secondary IDE shows the cd-rom drive as being there.

Any Ideas short of blowing away windows and re-installing.
