Everytime I try to print to any of our printers they all read failed to open retrying..’ as their status. There is also an event being written to the event viewer each time someone prints. It reads that the driver was added or updated’ for each printer !!!
This is driving me crazy. All the printers can be ping ‘d and jetadmin software reports no problems.
When trying to print a test page I receive a handle is invalid command.
Does anyone know what is going on?
