I happened to use my Spotmau 2012 software to recover my files from a corrupted hard drive.
after a one day recovery process, i was able to recover my files in the same order (folders, etc) of how it was like in the hard drive before….
i have a problem now because some of my files (music (mp3), video, pictures) cant open. in particular my pictures…i was able to view the thumbnails but when i clicked to open one photo, the picture displayed this word (rather a photo) “windows photo viewer can’t open this picture because the file appears to be too large”
for some reason this applies to some of my files (eg: mp3 cant play, video cant show, etc)…but the files are recovered…no problem with that.
I am sure there is a method that you can use to display your photos as well as your movies.
Please can you help
