The other day I reinstalled Microsoft Office 2003 on a Windows XP machine. I installed Outlook set up the Email account. Everything that i have done seems to be correct. When I go to view a fax sent from one of my customers (is sent as a .tiff image) I can see it. However, when I rotate the image to view it a certain way it just turns black. It’s almost like i need some sort of driver to be able to rotate a tiff image. Please help me.
