    Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

    Locked

    by danny.dubroc ·

The other day I reinstalled Microsoft Office 2003 on a Windows XP machine. I installed Outlook set up the Email account. Everything that i have done seems to be correct. When I go to view a fax sent from one of my customers (is sent as a .tiff image) I can see it. However, when I rotate the image to view it a certain way it just turns black. It’s almost like i need some sort of driver to be able to rotate a tiff image. Please help me.

yes I have tried to save as and put it on the desktop and then open it. However, to no avail it still has the same result. My last option is to reinstall windows. So please if anybody else has any solutions it would be much appreciated.
