When starting Windows ME user gets blue screen “Whilst initializing VCACHE Windows Prorection Error. System Halted”.
10Gig Free Space 128M RAM.
Tried SCANREG /RESTORE going back in time but same error.
Can’t Reinstall WIndows System Hangs at Copying System Files at 16%.
