Windows Remote Assistance

by fijitech . Updated 18 years, 2 months ago

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 AD environment configured on my network. I have configured remote assistance to be able to help users remotely via group policy setting, which is working fine. What i would like to know is there a way of NOT configuring Remote Assistance Helpers to be Administrators of Client PC’s and still be able to make Remote Assistance work in my domain ???

Awaiting a response.

Thanks.
