Windows SBS 2000 : COntact Manager

I’ve been asked by the owner of our company to investigate Win SBS 2000’s ability to track customer contacts. I think he’s confusing SBS with Outlook Contact Manager. I’ve searched for information on it but I can only find a reference on the MS Technote stating the Public Directory structure of SBS 2000 can some how be used to track customer contacts. But of course there is no documentation on it.
