My computer, a recently purchased laptop, running on Windows 10 Pro downloaded an update today (which it now appears was actually two updates at the one time). Prior to the update the computer was running fine. Since downloading the update the computer cant connect to the internet, and the Windows Start button doesn’t work – when I click the Start button a blue banner with “Critical Error” pops up on the screen, the message also suggest that restarting might fix the problem I’ve restarted several times, but to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this recently? If so, what’s the best way to fix it?
