    Windows Updates

    Tags: 

    No matter what year, windows 10 (or the new names) updates do not work (already last year) in South Africa. I pay here as well, but no updates. Excuse: files missing or faulty.

      Is that just on your machine(s), that they don’t work, or – as you state – for no PC at all in the whole of South Africa?

      A common way to fix this is to use Microsofts Media Creation Tool to download the latest Windows 10 install iso-file, mount that, and run setup.exe from it. This will install the latest Windows 10, and there’s a good chance Windows update will work then also. Otherwise, repeat this operation each half year, or do a truly clean install from a bootable medium.
