i use a toshiba windows 7 processor laptop. recently i have been facing problems with my usb ports . when ever i connect a device i.e, a flash drive or my phone or cam …d computer z not showing it . when i plug in or remove it i hear the notification sound of hardware detected ..but it does not show up in d windows explorer n i cant access it .
i tried updating the drivers thru device manager … it shows a small yellow triangle next to d USB Mass Storage device option . n shows a Code 39 saying ‘windows cudnt load the driver for the hardware. the driver may be corrupted r missing.’
Any help and suggestion is appreciated.
