I have a laptop with Vista HB loaded. When I go to Windows Exoplorer and try to highlight multiple files in the right hand side by using Ctrl + A, or by using the shift key or control key for various options, nothing works. Moreover in the “Organise” menu the “Select All” option is greyed out.
What is wrong and what can I do to correct this anomaly. The help file just tells me the various ways to perform multiple selections but nothing works at the moment.
