Windows Vista on a network

by nhiep_nguyen . Updated 18 years, 5 months ago

I have a problem of accessing one Vista laptop from my LAN and would like getting some help or clues from the community.
Thank you in advance for any input.
The problem is as follows:
My local network has :
1/- One XP Desktop.
2/- One XP Laptop
3/- One Home Premium Edition Vista Laptop that I call
4/- One Home Premium Edition Vista Laptop that I call Z83 Vista Laptop.
All four are on the same workgroup and are connected to the same Linksys AP, the desktop through wired connection and the three laptops through WiFi G.
All access Internet fine.
The problem I have is related to the Z83 Vista Laptop connection to the other computers.
The Vista laptops are set to see the LAN as Private network and all computers have shared drives.

The situation is as follows :

The Z83 Vista Laptop sees and accesses the Xa Vista Laptop.
The Z83 Vista Laptop does not see the XP Laptop and the XP Desktop

The Xa Vista Laptop sees but cannot access the Z83 Vista Laptop error code 0x80070035.
The Xa Vista Laptop sees and accesses the other PCs.

The XP Laptop sees but cannot access the Z83 Vista Laptop
The XP Laptop sees and accesses the other PCs.

The XP Desktop sees but cannot access the Z83 Vista Laptop
The XP Desktop sees and accesses the other PCs

It appears in summary that the Z83 Vista laptop is seen but cannot be accessed by the other computers, and it can only see and access the Xa Vista Laptop.

So what can be wrong with the Z83 Vista Laptop then?
