Windows was running an HP update and power blinked. Now computer is trying to restart, black screen pops up with several options to choose from,
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networkings
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Knnown Good Configuration
Start Windows Normally
We have tried Last Known Good Configuration and Start Windows Normally but it just keeps poppings this same screen up.
I seen one suggestion to use Windows Xp CD-Rom but we can not find it. Does ANYONE have any suggestions?
