Windows XP and Novell login

I work at a college. Does anyone know of a way to set Windows 2K/XP to allow multiple users to log in to Novell and the local PC without having to set up an account for each user at each PC? We are running a Novell network without a Windows domain, and would like to upgrade the student PC’s to 2K/XP.
