Windows XP Pro serious hardware error – reboots new install

s different AGP video cards: ABIT 9200SE-DT and ASUS A9550 have a “serious hardware problem;” that hangs, shuts down; and finally reboots Windows XP Pro w/SP2 in only a few minutes of operation. No applications are running at all except Computer Associates ezArmor. On 2 different ASUS motherboards and 2 different AMD CPU’s. This is a new OEM version install. Both video cards have an ATI chip – and even using the newest drivers keep having the same reboot problem. Please advise anyone ! newsyssvcs@gmail.com attn: admin
