TCP/IP is considered a core component of the OS, so I don't think there is any way to remove it. If TCP/IP is broken, though, you can rebuild the stack with the netsh command. Try "netsh int ip reset logfile.txt"

you can't unistall tcp/ip it si part of the core program. I would not try!!!!!!
