Windows Xp Won’t Boot Up

Recently my computer stopped booting into Windows XP, it get to the welcome screen and stops. I can’t even boot into safe mode. I’ve tried fixing the MBR but it didn’t help. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this any and all help is greatly appreciated.
