WINS problem with 95 and 98 machines.

For some reason this morning all of the users (98 and 95 machines 2000 Pro are fine)on our NT network can log-in but cannot connect to our E-mail Server. You can ping the IP address but it will not resolve the name. I have restored my WINS from Junebut nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas.
