I have WINs on my 2 BDCs with replication. 1 BDC has a 95% success rate on queries received and the other has a 24% success rate. I’ve recreated the WINs database per Microsoft’s article Q168712. I followed it to the letter, but afterwards, the success rates on both servers are around 25%, and I’m not able to resolve names on the other side of the WAN. The BDCs are on opposite sides of the WAN. At this point, I’m forced to restore from the backup that leaves me the the 5 and 95% success rates. Any help appreciated.
