Has any one every used the RUNAS command passing the PassWord. I’m trying to run an .exe with admin rights without giving the user the admin password or admin rights. If it’s not possible to pass the PW to RUNAS is there another way to do this?

I’m thinking on the same line as you. What i REALLY want to do is make a .bat file with the runas command in it, with a LOCAL ADMIN login and password in it. Then I want my VB friend to make a .exe out of it (so they can’t view the file) and that way, a regular USER can run an app that only allows ADMINISTRATOR access to run (legacy crap).

Have you found anything out yet?
