Wireless Access Points connection

I have a very interesting problem. We are running Windows 2003 servers, one of them have been configured with the Microsoft IAS to act as a Radius Server.

Everytime we Restart the server for any reason all of our access points lose connection to the IAS, I have to go to each individual access point and re-enter the shared key to regained connectivity in between them.

Has anyone out there experience this??? if so, can you give me some ideas of how to correct this problem???
