ok i have a hp dv6604 laptop and we sent it to the warrenty factory and they replaced the mother board and of course it did not resolve the issue. now i have 3 more hp laptops with the same issue ive verified that all protcals are in place such as tcp ip and cant figure out why its happening. we have done all the basics such as removing the driver and replacing it. any help would be great
