Wireless connection to router

G’day all,
i am trying to switch my pcmcia netcomm wireless card from one laptop to other. it works fine on the first laptop but not on the 2nd one. 2nd laptob does work hard wired to dlink dl 524. i did install drivers for the pcmcia card but it would not find my ssid..

my ssid is set o broadcast..

your help would be highly appreciated.
