i provide firm to have WLAN security with 802.1x authentication with wep as encryp. with RADIUS server but as wirless client get connected by a user name and passw. for first time to WLAN very next it won’t ask for authentication it give permission to access the WLAN network why………?

Possibly because you have used 802.1x authentication. Wep keys are usually stored on the system when user first logs in. SSL with RADIUS would prompt username and pwd at every login. So you might want to try SSL.
