Wireless Not Connecting

By El Superbeasto ·
We have a laptop that was able to connect to wireless just fine. The user went to Morocco and cannot connect to any Wireless router. The error is "invalid IP address". I know this is vague but I am not able to see the laptop due to it being in Rabat.

Possible Problem

It looks like the center in Morocco named their wireless network the same as ours here in Chicago. Our GPO is set for user to automatically connect to our wireless network. Could the fact that both are named the same be causing the issue?
