I am currently trying to apply security settings to allow a single user connected via our wi-fi hotspot, to access any website without firewall blockage. I have setup our SonicWall FireWall to allow the IP address for the wireless router to have unlimited access to blocked websites, but can’t get the device (Ipod Touch) to connect wirelessly to our network with the security settings (or lack thereof) I want. Does each device connected through the wireless router get assigned an IP address? Do I need to allow for this said IP Address to have the same settings I have issued for the wireless router IP? Any help would be appreciated!
