Wondering about college transferring.......

I decided to go to a community college for Networking Specialist diploma (2 year college). After that I am planning on going to a another community college thats bigger and is 4 years for Computer science.Can I transfer like that or do I got to stay with networking? The reason I am going to 2 year college first is cause I dont think I can get into that bigger college because of ACT scores but I can in to the 2 year one. I just thought if I go to the 2year first it gives me time to bring my grade up.
