Word 2002 – Selecting Text

Is there a simple way of selecting ALL text including the Header and Footer in one operation. Edit:Select All only selects text in the main body of the document.

Why do I want to do this? I wish to change the font in a large number of documentsall of which have Headers and Footers. Changing the font in the Normal Style does not help as they have all had the existing font changed once before by Direct Formatting.
