I am having issues with users trying to send word documents as e-mails, whenever they try to send one they get an error saying;
“Word could not load the e-mail envelope?could be caused by network connection problem or problem with Office installation”
It just started happening to a bunch of users, and I was told it happened before but he can’t remember how he fixed it. I’ve been able to fix some of them by going to send it as an attachment and then canceling that, then sending it as a e-mail again. I’m not sure if it will come back or not, but it hasn’t worked for other users. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated, Thanks
