I am running Word 2007 on Vista, and had no problems until about a week ago. I cannot figure out what caused this problem, but I have lost all menu functions which open a pop-up window. When I click on Open, Save As, Print, or Print set-up, nothing happens.
I have run MS Office diagnostics (all fine) and have just uninstalled Office and reinstalled it, but no change. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
