Word displays the wrong font when opening a file

Hi,
t his is kind of werid, but i have 10 users opening the same doc file that was emailed to them. 1 of the 10 has a different look to the same fonts as everyone else. i tried reinstalling office 2007 and even recreating the profile, and her computer still uses slighty differnt fonts. has anyone seen this?
