My boss is sending me a document that is formatted exactly as he needs it, but when I open it the formatting has changed and it is enough of a change that I cannot use it. We are both using Word 2007. So, how do I stop Word from changing the formatting? Here is a note on this… when I look at the formatting info on my screen it says that it is the same as what his formatting is but when I print mine it is not the same.
