Word Pleading Wizard Doc Print Problem

I have a group of users who are having problems printing Pleading Docs created in Word 97 with the Pleading Wizard. They have been upgraded to Word 2000. When printing the Docs created in 97 the job goes to the printer prints out the first page, then pauses between each page after. New Pleading Docs created under Word 2000 print with no problem. Any ideas?
