Word Problem

A colleague of mine has just shown me a mailmerge (20 pages X 200 records) where for some reason, random lines are being skipped and not sent to the printer.

Win2K and Word XP are being used.

I’ve tried all sorts of things, but I’ve never seen Word break down like this.

Any suggestions/similar experiences (with solutions!) gratefully received.
