A user sends an MS-Exchange e-mail with a Word attachment created/saved on Novell “Server A”. A recipient, logged in to Novell “Server B”, opens the e-mail and attachment and immediatly connects to “Server A” to look for a document template. How can we stop this undesired action?
All templates are replicated to each user’s home server. We’ve turned off all the options we could find in Word.
