WordPerfect 9 error

I have a user that when she runs spell checker, grammatik and then Thesaurus on her WP documents, she gets booted out of WordPerfect. The error is “WPWIN9.exe has performed an error and will be closed by windows. An error log has been created.” I’ve looked in the event log, and can find no mention of WordPerfect. This machine is running Windows 2000 SP2, and WordPerfect 2000 SP3
How do I stop this error?
