Windows NT 4.0 SP5, using WordPerfect Office 2000. I have an intermittant problem with formatting envelopes. When a new user logs on, with a shared printer, after connecting with the shared printer, when we try to format an envelope in WP9, the message “No printer installed”. There is a printer installed, we can go to File/Print and select the printer, close and format an envelope. But if you close WP and come back in the problem happens again. I have reinstalled WP, printer software, reconnected to the shared printer and renamed local profile but does not solve problem. Have used regclean, reinstalled SP5. Before last new user, any previous user with local profile has no problem. I even established a new user profile in the domain.
Any suggestions?
