Hi,
I’m working on a website of a dental clinic in Burlington (link removed by moderator). Some of the pages show 404 error even if the page exists. When clicked on some link it shows content you’re looking for no longer exists. I know that manually checking for a broken link is a poor solution. So I used a plugin to find the broken links. But it slows down the entire website. Is there any other effective method that you can recommend?

When we developed the website and same time we add the link also. According to website page have numerous link, we unable to check each link, is that broken or not. We can check total links of website by help tools. In internet have numerous link. So by help tools we can easily analysis, whether it’s a 404 or not.

It is very important for every website owner that removing broken links is very important because the way a search engine crawls the site is by crawling the link. If a site contains broken links it may stop search engine to crawl. Thus it is very important to delete the deal links.
